Have you seen the very light, fast, racing, and extreme projects of the schooners "Belle-Creole"?
"Queen-Creole" is the cruising version of "Belle-Creole", bigger and more comfortable, but fast enough to play in classic regattas also
fast and powerful for fun and long range cruises.
Modern hull built of light laminated wood/epoxy composite on an extremely resistant structure, the best construction material, for brilliant performances in regattas as well as in Transoceanic cruises or races.
A very classic long keel version is possible, without losing any speed qualities and performances excepted for fast tacks of course!
Pure classic style above the water line with all the charm and elegance of a genuine traditional schooner huge deck of teck decorated with varnished wooden skylights, hatches, hand rails a low and beamy coach roof at stern followed by a great round cockpit big enough for 16 guests around a low table at center (also lazarette hatch and water tide chart-table).
A special new rig, a true schooner gaff rig but extremely modernized by composite carbon masts, spars, and blocks, white painted, "champagne" colored sails with very flat modern cut and battens, handled by tracks and cars and hydraulic winches, for maximum efficience and easy sailing A powerful working sail area needing only 3 crew (2 is enough to tack!) and a great giant light wind-regattas sail area needing a little more crew of course 30% more powerful than a modern rig, on a modern fast hull! a fast and easy cruiser!
The layout is a pure traditional marine joinery of beautiful blond varnished woods, caning, honey leathers, and Creole canvas, on white painted ceiling, bulkheads, and panelling giving a clear and airy volume, a happy ambiance, keeping the colonial classic style of the famous schooners.
Down below from the cockpit is the big saloon with dinner side, and rest side with navigation desk, music, and video.
Ahead under the coach roof is an openable big galley (by two shutters) in two parts, one is for cooking, one for dish-washing, and two big fridges under sole.
Two steps down ahead is a passage going to the cabins, a big one with king-size bed and private head, another one with double single beds and private head and the owner's apartment with little saloon and bathroom nice, big, and luxurious cabins as well for owners as well for guests.
The crew quarter is independent, separated from the guest's part by the big full-head engine room.
The companion way is protected behind the fore mast for easy access.
The captain's cabin, a cabin for girls (hostess and cook), and a cabin for boys (mate and crew), two heads including laundry equipments.
The engine room takes the complete beam of the yacht, with the main engine at center, and each side the same equipments: generators, water makers, batteries, pumps, hot water balloons, hydraulic for winches, air conditioner, etc for an easy function and maintain.
"Queen-Creole" is an exceptional yacht: perfect alliance of the tradition and the pure Marine culture, with the most advanced concepts and technologies in matters of design and construction, "without any compromise, just the best!" since 28 years design as we say! for the passion and the enjoyment of beauty, quality, elegance, comfort, "art de vivre" fast cruising and regattas.
